TREES of RIGHTEOUSNESS is a 'new church plant' of the Christian Church-Disciples of Christ, serving Portland, OR and Vancouver, WA.  Our vision is that ALL God's people count.  We offer sound Bible teaching and work to build authentic relationships in a safe, nurturing environment.  Our only focus (goal) is on fully equipping DISCIPLES and building the kingdom for Christ. 
Our mission is to share our love, strength and hope with hurting, lonely, abused/misused, rejected and lost people.
We believe that God wants to show His great love for ALL people through our hands, eyes, ears and hearts.

We do community outreach in downtown Portland and monthly at Dignity Village--caring the message of salvation, love and hope.  We operate a transition house, have a weekly healing support group for anyone with scars from growing up in a less-than-nurturing environment and have bi-weekly men's and women's groups.  At TREES, we know first hand how difficult life can be, especially if you have been deeply hurt by those who were supposed to love you.  We can't undo that hurt but we can help you find the healing, love and family that can help.
